The show is in no way pro-Trump. If anything, it makes fun of the culture shift and the age gap between the progressive younger generation and the often conservative older generations. I think this is easily the best of these classic sitcom revivals. There are a lot of bitter people that can’t separate the politics from the fact that this show pretty much exactly captures the tone of the original run of the show. It’s great so far.

Deschutes is just the tip of the iceberg here, friend. ;) They do have fantastic pub-exclusives though.

Just don’t expect to be able to buy property here unless you’re an absurdly wealthy California retiree... ;)

You seem to like this game in literally the exact opposite ways that I did. You loved the war table stuff; I hated that. You hated Sera; I thought she was one of the best characters.

We do share a loathing of Solas though, so at least there’s that.

I agree with all of your positions save one—free college tuition. I am a higher ed professor, and I can all but guarantee you that mandated free tuition would be nothing but a massive funding cut to colleges and universities across the country, and would more or less guarantee worse higher ed outcomes across the board.

I rented it once or twice but actually mostly played single-player games (Zelda, Metroid Prime, Resident Evil, etc.) The main competitive multiplayer game I played regularly was Mario Kart.

It may be comfortable, but I seriously think that the Gamecube controllers were the flimsiest controllers of any system I’ve ever owned.
