I totally agree with Ballistic, its the only way Nolan can end his franchise without the studio saying "well okay, let's continue it" This way Nolan gets to tell the story he wants and ends it how he wants - The studio wont care if Batman gets killed or not - the thing about Franchises - they can be rebooted.
