The scratches were my first thought.
The scratches were my first thought.
This was the first time I ever heard it:
I suspect it’s because you’re all so young that you didn’t realize, but take it from an old: Ghostbusters did it first.
Hahaha of course it was Franzen. I like this game: let’s post more dickish/oblivious quotes and guess which ones are his!
Kara has taught us that this should be Mariah Carey. :)
Aww, I was secretly hoping it was because you were going to hold all-politics sessions on The Daily Show or The Late Show.
Omg does he have a children’s line? Does it look like this? If he doesn’t he will, and it will. HAHAHA
Thank you!
I call that an “Ahmedina-jacket.”
You make an excellent point and I agree. It did make me wonder if this is a huge joke, though. He can be clever, and quite the artiste...
Two thoughts:
My husband and I have this thing about yelling at the tv and gesticulating wildly during trailers for movies about “crazy shit white people do.” You should have heard him when one of the guys in Everest mentions doing it for his kids. Every. Time.

THANK YOU. I remember her being a little ocd and I was actually disappointed not to see them organized in gradient form. Of course, she might have her own system. If so, inquiring minds want to know!
This story is amazing because my husband can’t stand David and loves Lester. Maybe his psychiatrist spidey sense picked up on the douchieness...
You into cyborgs, then? Cuz that’s what Gio reminds me of.
What really started the waterworks the night he won his first term was seeing them on stage and realizing we were going to be able to watch 2 little black girls grow up in the white house! Time flies...
I can see Sasha going into politics!
You guys are making me reconsider my idea of putting the 3.5 year old in “school” one morning a week. Staying at home was never my plan and it’s a little crazy. But I can’t believe he’s almost 4 so I know how fast time passes. I wonder if I shouldn’t let him stay with me as much as he wants because one day he won’t…
