Same with me. Exhausted mother + cord around neck = episiotomy plus vacuum.  My second just had natural tearing and it wasn’t as bad.

The hospital where I gave birth gave me all that stuff to take home. Tons of supplies: the squirty bottle, hospital-brand Tucks pads, numbing spray (lol), mesh underwear, pads, a sitz bath (which I still use sometimes) and my god what else? A sponge to bathe the baby, little bowls that I still use for pouring water…
