My biggest issue with the episode was how heavy-handed they made the Barney character change. He was a great character, and I love NPH, but the about-face was so over-done and riddled with cliches, it was painful.

The writing and acting are fantastic, and it's legit funny. As stated, there are issues (the only other WOC is basically a caricature), but I'd recommend giving it a shot. It's coming back for season 2 in about a week.

The dress isn't my absolute favorite, although I think it's fine for the purposes of this shoot (color texture, shape). But it wouldn't do well at all on the red carpet. That said, I agree that her style on the show (and in real life—I'll cop to following her on FB) is fantastic. She takes risks, and usually wins.
