At the absolute best, you have 15 minutes warning that a tornado is approaching. It is far more common to have no warning at all. It is faaaaaar safer to shelter in place than to try and flee a tornado. It’s not like the Midwest is dotted with communal storm bunkers, that was the safest spot for them to be.

17-18hours the time to assemble one car, but that car would likely be on a production line, the rate at which cars come out could be much higher.

I once spent a bit of time in a Ford F-150 plant, and believe it or not they were pumping out roughly 1 every 1.5 to 2 min.

It sounds like the second and third clutches have the next higher and next lower gear already selected. With a dual clutch, only the next higher or the next lower gear is selected.

Maybe if they would plaster their cars with graphics packages and emblems like American sports cars, we wouldn’t have this problem.

While I plan on driving my own car until I’m physically unable, I would love to be able to drive myself to the bar, get shitfaced and then tell my four-wheeled chariot to carefully drive my ass home. I presume however, that will never be allowed, so I have absolutely no use for this novelty - and I suspect I’m not…

Will the driverless Mustangs be programmed to do burnouts into crowds, or is that like an aftermarket add-on?

To be fair, Ford knows all about driverless cars.

Every Magnum left in my area has ugly 22" wheels, probably bits of LED strip lights, tinted windows, and different color passenger and driver doors.

The VehiCross. It was simply ahead of its time. What were weird styling details in the 90s and early 00s are now bland in 2016. It’s not so much that the VX has gotten better looking with time...everything around it has gotten so ugly and weird that the VX has become an adonis.
