But where’s the Mclaren 570S though? It won Motor Trend’s best driver’s car...

The 570s is the glaring omission seeing as it won MotorTrend’s best drivers car. Especially since R&T brought the R8 too and those 3 are in the same price bracket.

Where’s my giganto-wallpaper-sized version?

Just saw a Focus RS parked outside a frat today

I’m still expecting for someone to rear end that Pinto and have it explode.

If 200,00 grand fell in my pocket I’d have to buy one of these, but the new V12 Vantage S makes a compelling counterpoint.

Id imagine the dash would be lit up like a Christmas tree.

If I was buying it with the real intent to daily drive it, I’d have a hard time picking the P1 over the 918. I like the P1 better, but the Porsche seems like it’d be the better daily driver. And is prettier imo.

I love that Aston did what McLaren should’ve done with the P1. Build a complete game changer. McLaren sat back and just built a car to match Porsche and Ferrari. Aston just took it to another level.

It sounds like it’ll probably be made of magic F1 materials so it’ll probably still be lighter than any other road-going V12.

I’d love to have a V12 BMW and next to the Z8, this is my favorite one of all time. But if I ever buy an 8 series, I’d just drop in a nice LS and have the ultimate retro BMW GT cruiser and sleeper. It would make reliability a non-issue. And just think about how clean you could make the engine bay with all that room.

Nice Neon, bro!

When I got one for a rental I literally turned back around after I left the lot to ask for another car. Avengers are just awful

The problem is you got the AWD. The RWD is a much better drivers car. Hence why all M cars are RWD (for now).

Transverse FWD/AWD is always worse than RWD to work on. I learned that when I changed a FWD clutch. Way less space, and you’ll end up dropping more subframes/engines/etc.

That thing sounds like a monster!

I liked the review and the hybrid tech seems cool and all, but I just can’t see why anyone would buy this over a McLaren 570s/gt or Ferrari 488. They’re faster, more exotic, and imo better looking.

They are fulling deserving of the hate for that exact reason. They produce the 918, and the Audi and Porsche LMP1 cars, but the best they can do for a Veyron sequel is up the power of an already enormous engine? It’s even heavier!

I think the hatch is perfect for a small bag like in the pictures above, but more importantly coats or jackets. You could actually lay them flat instead of rolling your $4000 Burberry Blazer into a peasantly frunk.

I’m pretty sure that 1) Buyers have plenty of insurance for things like this and 2)I don’t believe exotics get broken into regularly (often because they are being oodled at by the nearby general public
