While I would agree that cis people focus an absurd degree on trans people's "past" lives, I do know trans people who internalized and identified as their assigned gender before transitioning.

I think nicki was the one who got the most noticeably lighter out of all three but I definitely see a difference in all. People tend to get darker as they age, not the other way…

Just for the sake of discussion: how is this any different than white people who get bronzed, dyed, permed and augmented? Why do white people get to explore any and all looks, but black people are disgraceful if they do it too? Don't all ethnicities strive for a more homogenous look, not necessarily white?
