The iPod Mini had a user-replaceable battery and the Microdrive could be swapped for any CompactFlash card. I had a very small music player with 16 GB of capacity (my entire library) and extraordinary battery life.

Your statement is true, however in almost every case today if you play the unpatched version from the disc you are getting a buggy or even incomplete experience. Makes you appreciate the level of QA that went into games pre-internet.

I don’t get why “fit on a disc” even matters anymore when you always need a 20 GB day one patch. The disc is pretty much just a physical key to unlock the digital version now.

I’ve had every iteration of the Xbox from the beginning and I’ve NEVER heard of “significant drifting issues.” Over the years I’ve probably had 20 Xbox controllers (to use on consoles and PC) and I can’t recall a single one failing.

If they followed the traditional X-Wing/TIE Fighter game philosophy, the Rebel fighters are slower and have better weapons/shields while the Imperial fighters are much faster but have worse/no shields. It always felt balanced to me.
