Deleted/re-downloaded the title update, deleted/recreated my character, and I'm still stuck at the very beginning of the tutorial, when the black car pulls up in front of you. I've been watching this cut scene repeatedly for 3 days. So demoralizing as I sit in a party and listen to all of my friends playing the game.
