you don't have to sell me on m+kb, but i think it would probably be easier to have us PC gamers adapt to the game pad than the other way around... m+kb can be a steep learning curve for the novice. Of course, there would still be m+kb only servers.

People are afraid of change...
That would actually be really nice. Add cross-platform multiplayer (only available if you use a controller, to negate the advantage of mouse+keyboard) and MS could be on to something.
meh, Origin is not THAT bad... i barely even see it when playing BF3
I laughed so much with that game... you should get it
Hardly... BF3 has destruction, no killstreaks, a different ballistics model (you can see that guns in the trailer have a very different kind of recoil to guns in BF3). MoH also lacks the strong squad/team focus that drives Battlefield.
Not really... MoH i can see as fairly similar to CoD, as it has smaller maps, killstreaks and no vehicles, BF3 is a completly different beast... Even Close Quarters feels very distinct from CoD, thanks to destruction, ballistics and squads
i would've been happy with SimCity 2K in my browser... but this is no SimCity...
The modem and serial cable are somewhat justified in that a lot a older, still in service hardware will only work with those. (For example, the company i work for is currently looking to enter the subtitling/closed captioning market and, because here in Chile we still have analog TV, most of the hardware is insanely…
FIFA will always be slow to adopt technology because that takes away from their ability to fix games...
well, pretty much anything you did in ME3 ended up being nothing more than a number and some text, so i wouldn't hold my breath for the consecuences from the DLC to end up any other way
exactly... Mass Effect 2 DLC was well thought out, providing new content as a bridge to the next game. Basically, instead of having to lock down that bridge between games in a book, like it has done before, you actually get to play it.
Not really... it's still an arcade shooter, it's just that it features a more complex physics model, particularly when it comes to ballistics. Basically, BF3 has guns that fire bullets vs CoD's laser guns
"Gmail is different. Here's what you need to know."
This is the weirdest piece of news i've seen in a while... why FF7? Why now? Why PC?
without the need to include a screen, camera or a battery, it should get you a fairly powerful ARM based system. I wouldn't be surprised to see a Tegra 3 in there if it's gonna be running Android.
Man i miss JRPGs... it feels like ages since the last time one of them could keep my interest...
VOTE: Swiftkey 3
Someone out there has to build the future. People are afraid of change and stick to the usual, but eventually innovation gains traction amd becomes the new status quo.
Not really, since after a certain EMS cutoff point (3100) the ending don't change no matter what you do
