@arionfrost: you're so missing the point is not even funny... MS success is not in his products, it's in the market strategies they have implemented. MS is all about reaching as much people as possible, and for that they distanced themselves from the hardware side and focused on making an OS that can run on as wide of

@arionfrost: Apple only survives because of ipods/iphones... on the desktop they are, and will continue to be, irrelevant for as long as they insist of being the only provider of OSX-running hardware.

been PC Gamersince i was 8 and first played Prince of Persia on an old 8088 we had had since the mid 80s... only owned a single console in my life (a PS2).

@AmanOfSomeSort: Agreed... all he needs is 40 level one gnomes trying to raid him...

All those phones and no Nokia N8? no mention of the phone that features the biggest sensor in a cameraphone ever, not to mention bigger than most dedicated point and shoots?

@Sarcasmancer: Holy Power is more similar to Combo points. Some abilities will add a charge of Holy Power, and other abilities will expend them. Just like combo pointsa, you will want to reach the maximum count (3 Holy Power) before using it.

OVI Maps beats all of those for free, and comes pre-installed on every GPS capable Symbian phone...

Nokia N8... i would love to get my hands on an orange one :P

Actually, there are currently three plans in motion to get them out, all with different timelines... the fastest one would be Plan B, which was making great progress until the drill bit broke and it took 5 days to get going again. Best estimates are that Plan B could get them out as soon as 4 weeks, but because random

@sid9221: they are buried beneath 700 meters (around 2100 feet) of solid rock. The rescuers are already discussing possibly faster means of rescue, but they have to take safety into account. Everything they do could cause new cave ins, so they have to be extremely careful.

@dave_t: the shelter is about that size, but they are free to move through the mine.

@leesie: They have a backhoe, so they can probaly dig and cover this areas to avoid smell and disease

@minibeardeath: The are where they are is the newest part of the mine, and the refuge was specially reinforced above and beyond the rest of the tunnel. The experts on site say that the risk of new cave-ins is very low in that area.

@dave_t: actually they have a lot more space... the tunnel down the mine is over 3 miles long, and the collapse happened about a third of the way down, and they have been moving through the tunnels looking for water, supplies and maybe an escape route. In the first audio communication they even said they are not using

@bananafishtoday: Just because Gizmodo, for some freak reason, doesn't cover this phone doesn't mean it's irrelevant.

i use the AMD Overdrive stress test and SuperPI for CPU, Memtest for RAM and 3dMark06 and FurMark for GPU

ooooohhhhh... a fiat 500 (screenshot 24) i love that car (and the 600 too)

@Bleemo: both red and green apples pale in front of the mighty Fuji Apple anyway...

i know a lot of people here in Chile who want to see it, but rumors point to it not releasing here until next year...
