on the positive side, another company(ADV, DiC did the one you see in the video) decided to dub the original version and put it out on DVD.
Dialogue has been dumbed down considerably: remember when the Silver fire knight is fighting against Andromeda? In one of his lines he says... “I smell roasted knight.” Ridiculous!
And here’s the intro song
Saint Seiya is one of the greatest classics (too bad they ruined it in the American version), so I will have to keep an eye for this one.
It’s not a stretch. Here’s just one example.
He’s “a raise away from making 6 figures”. So he’s been making less than 100K for less than a year. How much could he possibly have in his account? 20 k? This kid is delusional if he thinks that’s “money” to get laid with. “Money” these days is like 7 figures plus. Maybe he can lease a Range Ranger and he’ll…
Not with his mediocre salary.

I definitely died a few times when I would definitely not have been allowed to drive. But yeah, otherwise, unless you’ve got like 40 orcs around you, the ability to install 2 of them every few steps and stun the most powerful ones while fast attacking made it pretty straightforward.
Yep, I was pretty well leveled up very quickly in the game to the point where I’d basically sashay into the middle of a fortress, Middle Fingers flying all about, begging Uruks to ‘come at me bro’
I found the game sufficiently challenging in the early stages (I died A LOT and had to learn to adjust my tactics). But yeah, once you unlock most of the abilities Talion becomes ridiculously OP and you can slaughter entire armies in seconds. They should have scaled the enemy difficulty better.
I was constantly sending death threats to war chiefs and every orc on the roster and it made the game a decent challenge. I also had a tendency to bite off more than I could chew because I didn’t mind dying to reshuffle the board.
The game kind of becomes tony hawk at some point trying to keeping one combo going. Comboing dashes and rock vaults with the elven step to orc camps to connect forts and just looping around the map killing everyone. When you come to a fort you have to use the arrow to teleport around replenishing arrows. Layer…
Yeah, this was the rare game that starts out challenging (unless you were smart enough to go stealth from the beginning) and got increasingly easy as it went on.
See I loved the difficulty for what it was. By the end of the game being a terrifying bad-ass felt awesome.
I have my games where I want to feel weak/small (From Software Games) and then I have my games where I want to feel unstoppable and powerful (Batman/Shadow of Mordor)
Notice at the end of the video, when the leveling up happens, the player is level 51. No wonder it seemed so easy and pain-free. This is how I play too though, I collect everything in the new area before I even begin hitting the main story missions. I was always OP for the mission by the time I got to it. Plus I had…
This was my main gripe with the game, I never finished it because it got boring. Near the start, you had to be stealthy around large groups and fortresses. Around halfway through I was just waltzing into wherever I wanted and murdering anything in cold blood. It was too much work to build up a powerful warchief, only…

Do you know why I remain a Patriots fan Drew? Because of my father. I lived in Maine my entire childhood and teenage years. I remember the shit years, the years where Velcro on the gloves wouldn’t have helped the receivers make catches. For years we were the butts of the NFL. Then suddenly Mo Lewis knocks out Bledsoe…
