After a little over 20 hours with the game, I have to say that I don’t agree with overall sentiment of the reviews I’ve read. I’ll leave a TLDR version at the bottom.

Let me preface this by saying I am almost always in agreement with your opinion on games, and I can’t speak to Bloodborne; however I am in complete disagreement with your assessment of Anthem. There, I said my peace, and I can get back to enjoying your articles.

Maybe this is a PC thing, I didn’t think load times were that bad on xbox one x, and compared to Destiny, they were much faster. Granted Destiny allows you to fiddle with your loadout during loading, but 2 minute load times are routine in that game, particularly PVP.

Honestly don’t think that characterizing the demo as a mess is correct. I had connection issues Friday night, but then that was it. After that, only one time did I run into the infinite loading screen. It’s always the people having issues that will complain the loudest, so I wanted to add that I loved what I

I’ve been playing Destiny 2 religiously since Forsaken came out, and have completed all end game activities and have almost every exotic in the game. I played a few hours of Anthem this past weekend, and I’ve never been so excited to get the hang of controlling a char.

I will add this to my watchlist as DBZ holds a special place for me. I have enjoyed DBZ Super, I’m about 6 episodes behind on my DVR right now but will get to it, but Goku is barely a likable character anymore. He only cares about whatever fight he’s going to get into, and while that has always been part of his

I mastered running away from Tyrant, and acid grenades would always do the trick against him. I’ll see what happens this time around. I’ve done it both ways in the original, so I will probably do the same.

RE2 is one of my favorite games ever. I played it so many times, I had the controls mastered to the point where it was hard to adapt when RE4 came out. I’ll definitely play this remake, and I’m glad to hear Tyrant is back, although he would only come out in the original if you played the side B story with either Leon

I remember when I thought I was good at DDR, then I watched a video on youtube and realized I had nothing.

In other news, Jason Schreier makes Fox release Alien Blackout on mobile only.

Wow, right when I thought I was out, they try to pull me back in. Blue Mage may be reason enough for me to get back. I got as far as clearing 4.2 content. Was actually doing some of the savage raid bosses in Stormblood, but then got hooked on Destiny 2 Forsaken.

It helps that I’ve been playing with Marth since Melee, and I’m basically only rolling with him on any of the unlock battles, but I haven’t lost to anyone more than once, and I only lost to Bowser (probably because I played with Pit), and Squid Kid.

What’s the state of Kotaku Fans, and when is Kotaku Fanfest going to happen?

This weekend, I will be either grinding to get Smash characters, or grinding to lvl up power lvl in Destiny 2. My wife may be jealous if she realizes how much grinding I will be doing without her.

The bummer for me is that I want to be playing black armory, but I am not sure I am still going to be playing D2 by the time season 5 and six roll around. So I bought the annual pass, but I wish there was an option to only buy BA, which isn’t the case.

I’m not sure how long it’s been since you played FFXIV, but the group finder option now is so much more than the Duty Finder. You can create a specific party set up that you are looking for, as well as list any activity. Even those that aren’t available on Duty Finder. You can create a much more organized team of

It’s the L4D2 version because they have chargers and spitters, which are not in the first game.

Thanks for the tip. I will do that. I mostly do PVE, although I have been doing a good amount of Gambit, because I feel like it hits that sweet spot of PVE, and the added pressure of PVP, and now that the Meatball finally spawned for me, I am working on my malfesance quest.

I am on the last step of the quest, and I’m glad you didn’t go through the mission as to not spoil anything. Between this and Queensbreaker, it looks like I will be using a lot of Arc power weapons. Until One Thousand Voices finally drops...
