I certainly had to be more careful in the beginning of the game, and you’re right, they should have made the scaled things up better as the game went along.

I think what helped me was actually the fact that I was used to that style of combat system from the Batman games, all of which I finished on hard as well. I didn’t put myself in any dangerous situations early on so it wasn’t too bad. I never actually played Dark Souls, but I know I should.

Yeah, it was fun using the combos and what not, but eventually there were no amount of enemies that could give you a challenge.

I kind of hope they bump up the difficulty a bit. I never died in the 1st game playing on hard, and specially later on, you’re absolutely unstoppable.

I just evolved my Chansey into Blissey today. Immediate jump to 1900+ CP and I have enough candy to get it to about 2400. I got 3 10km eggs that spawned Chanseys, although I’ve never seen one in the wild. I want to park it at a gym, but at the same time who knows when I will get to take it back.
