Good, I’m so behind, still haven’t finished AC IV, although I am close. I doubt I will play Rogue unless they release it on current gen, (I’m not sure if they did), and I will give Unity a shot. Definitely heard good things about Syndicate, so that’s a no brainer. Ahhh, the backlog is never ending.

This game is nothing like the previous Fable games. It’s a multiplayer only game where 4 human players go up against a human controlling the dungeon, traps, and monster that are housed in it. I played it at PAX last year, and honestly, the person controlling the dungeon never stood a chance. I hope that they will

I think that FFXIV having a monthly subscription shouldn’t be a knock on the game at all. They put out so much content on a regular basis, that there is always something to justify the tag.

I don’t even see a face on the picture, I’m not sure what you’re talking about. :p

Hmm, this will be amazing to have on my phone. FFRK is fun, but you can’t beat a full FF game like IX on mobile. Plus, every 3 seconds there is a random battle. I’ll power level the crap out of everyone.

To be fair, the first images of Apocalypse looked like garbage, and IIRC, they were also from entertainment weekly.

I’m not sure I actually played 10 different games this year, so they would all make my top 10.

Yeah, the best cards that you get are from winning the games. You can occasionally purchase some useful cards from the vendors though. I know what you mean, I did quite a few rematches in the beginning to beat some guys that my deck wasn’t quite good enough for.

There are a couple of really fun quests that involve Gwent playing, particularly the Gwent tournament. It doesn’t take a long time to get used to it, and while your deck in the beginning is really weak, if you purchase all of the cards from merchants you find, and win some unique cards from the gwent quests, you will

Ugh, stop making me wanna play this game again. lol

Considering I played Fable Legends this year at PAX, I don’t understand what is so ambitious about it.

I’ve seen other Star Wars characters get cut by a lightsaber, fall down a bottomless pit, and come back...

It’s a really good game. The thing to keep in mind, as Fahey said, it takes a little while to get going. I wanna say the first 20 levels are so are really easy, and then all of the new mechanics start to come into play, and it becomes awesome.

I definitely understand, it wasn’t perfect, but they could have done a great job with VI, if they used the extra power of the 3ds.

I hear you can have XIII shades of Red on his outfit.

Haha, yeah, definitely needed to explain those as well. It was even worse after my first PS got stolen along with 2 memory cards, and I had to get everything again.

Yeah, specially considering they released this crap version for mobile. One can dream though.

To me the remake for III was great, because I never played it. I understand that with IV it wasn’t the case for most people. I think that they could do it right on the 3DS, as opposed to the DS, and it would be pretty good. Think of Bravely Default. That game is pretty nice looking.

Don’t get me wrong, I would love to see that happen, but I think that at the very least what III and IV got is deserved.

Save points were a good excuse for me to game a little longer though. I could tell my mom, as soon as I can save the game, I will turn it off. :)
