It's not going to look better on PS4 than it does on PC, but it will be close to what it looks like on highest settings.

I really dislike how if I want to look at achievement details, I have to completely leave the game that I am in. I much preferred when I could just hit the xbox button, have the screen show the details to me without starting an app, and I could just go right back to the game afterwards.
