Nah, the SEC is in a great loophole because it is a self governed authority established in the early 1930's because of the great depression. They don't need government authorization to conduct this type of investigation and insider trading is definitely still illegal, regardless of who is doing it.

The SEC has to investigate this, because if it turns out that it was insider trading, then everyone who did it is screwed. The exact fines, penalties, possible jail time escape my mind at the moment because it's been a while since I took my series 63 test, but this could get ugly.

Ever since I got FF Theathrhythm, I've had the FFXI opening theme stuck in my head and been wanting to play that game again. I was so pumped about FFXIV and then quickly fell out of grace with it. I might give it a try again, but with GWII coming out so soon, Idk if I even will have a chance to.

Time to buy some stock, if not now, if there is another drop soon. Chances are it will level out to about 5 bucks at some point by the end of the year or so, then you sell it all. Sweetness!!!

I read this and it's everything that a fanboy with a stick up his ass and a way to get his opinion out to thousands of people would nitpick about.

Pretty sure I will be playing GWII around that time, but if not, I might have to resub and get my Hunter to 90 and check out a monk.

Let's not turn Fassbender into Eddie Murphy.

I think you meant "ephemeral".

Seriously, seems like a lot of other replies were negative, but I saw this and got really excited. FFV had a great job system, one that I think really refined what they started with FFIII. I am looking forward to hearing more about this game. While Square hasn't really blown me away RPG wise on consoles recently,

Yeah, even if they just released a book on its own would be enough for me to buy it.

Those dream sequences are just so top notch that even if you didn't like the rest of the game, it is worth to play for them. I felt that it started off a little slow and I couldn't get into the characters, but as their story went on, it really became amazing.

I noticed that it looked a bit video game like. It's also possible that it was from that ACII live action web mini series that stars Ezio's father.

I am also not sure about Man in the Iron Mask, but I think you are right on all of the other ones. I would say that one part where all the rats are running towards the screen was from Willard. I hate rats so much that I actually stopped watching that movie before it was over. I usually never do that, no matter how

Who can name all of the movies that scenes were used for this?

It's just a phishing scam. They do the same thing to me claiming my runescape account is compromised or my WoW account was flagged as trying to be sold. Those get deleted automatically.

The tag ins bother me because of how they a lot of times just appear in the screen as opposed to slide into action from outside of the screen.

I suggested this on TAY but this is relevant to this post. I saw this week that Mario Tennis for the Wii was available as a free download for 150 Club Nintendo coins which made me think, I should pay attention to what games are available for download via Club Nintendo for coins. I am not sure how often it gets

Yeah, I agree on the Vita price drop. I mentioned it on a couple of other responses to someone else but I think that even though it worked for Nintendo, it might not necessarily be the right option for Sony. I do however think that it could eventually get to the point where it will be necessary. The Vita hasn't had a

Absolutely, Nintendo continues to appeal to the kid in me. If playing their games is always this fun, then I don't ever wanna grow up. :)

Well, what I should have stated is that I grew up playing Tony Hawk games. Countless hours on them, and then everything changed after playing Skate, it was as if I had never played the Tony Hawk games. I was so unfamiliar with it and the controls just didn't make sense anymore.
