I’ll echo your thoughts on the Dreamcast (And Skies of Arcadia). I played it during the formative years in my life and it’s memorable. Skies, Power Stone, Marvel v Capcom, Grandia II, Sonic, Dead or Alive and Soul Calibur, Metropolis Street Racer and NFL 2k were some of my favourites. Thanks for all the memories SEGA!

If Ann Dowd doesn’t win something I’ll flip my shit. She’s just too good.

and I’ll be free to point out their issues.

I was so happy to see Ethan Phillips in this episode. He was so good as the judge too.

1. Telling people to discuss common sense solutions and also telling them to shut up is very contradictory.

I mean when you get a call from the hospital, who runs a background check?

One of the best things about being in my 40s is having no clue who these people are.

This is your message to your fellow Americans? If you don’t enjoy the monthly mass-murders, leave the country?

So... other places are worse, so we shouldn’t aim to be better? What kind of thinking is that?

Except there aren’t any borders between Chicago and the rest of Illinois, or the rest of the 47 states that surrounds Illinois for that matter. A city wide ban is a step in the right direction... but is ultimately useless in keeping out guns.

“We’ve tried nothing and we’re all out of ideas.”

“We’ve tried nothing and we’re all out of options”.

“Guns aren’t the problem. Look at Chicago, where there are strict gun crimes!”

“Nothing can be done,” says only country where this regularly happens.

Great, now can we please get a remaster of Skies of Arcadia? Please?

Agreed, it was pretty weak overall. The writing needed a LOT of work.

And the pacing, even on Luke Cage Season 2, is just awful.

Tonally, they are very different... but I do think that Agents is better overall. Agents tends to lean into the cheese, and embrace it... whereas the netflix shows want to shy away from it... but end up having to go there anyway and it seems dijointed.

Yeah, it’s better than any of the Netflix shows in my opinion.

One of the greatest scenes in all of gaming history is toward the end of Skies of Arcadia, when the people you’ve encountered along your journey all show up to face the insurmountable evil that threatens the world.
