@The5thElephant: iOS and the App Store is a model of success for Apple- of course they're going to want to emulate that across their other product lines.

@The5thElephant: Adobe currently has apps on the iOS App Store, what makes you think they won't play ball and sell their products on the Mac App Store?

Cydia is heading to the Mac because they're predicting the same thing I am; that eventually the ONLY way of getting apps on your Apple computer will be through the Mac App Store, just like on iOS.
