Don’t underestimate driver stupidity. I live in a part of Canada where we literally have snow for 5 months of the year and we still have triple the accidents every time it snows.

My question is why didn’t the filmer call the cops? I’m not sure what the laws are where this took place but where I live the Comcast workers provided inadequate notice of lane closure and caused accidents, which is illegal. The cops would have come down and given them a good talking to about road safety.
