@foxhound34: I am not sure. If you go to his hotel room during the final chapter you can see he has a copy of Hartman's book on the desk, so he may be affiliated with that plot thread in some way.

@Kainy: Or Tetris. Or, as you said, almost any other good video game (or anything with a dramatic arc).
@c-fillhart: They were jacked from Roger Ebert's recent "games != art" post.
It is disconcerting to know that the Xbox and Wii sitting not ten feet away from me are the products of such great misery.
This was a great time switch to the more action-oriented coop sequences; I'm well past the point where I feel in control during combat, so now I get to concentrate on shooting some Taken face rather than trudging through more of the atmospheric stuff.
@Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer: It isn't bigger, badder, or more bad-ass enough?
I just feel bad for the non-pass-for-white actors and actresses out there. It has to be disheartening when you audition for the remake of "Three Africans from Africa with Very Distinctly African Genealogy" and get told you're too ethnic for the part.
@Omegastrider Has laser eye beams: I think I would prefer to forget.
@shimage: You must have loved Memoirs of a Geisha.
I thought it was pretty silly that characters who were literally born and raised in Persia look like white people and (inexplicably) talk like British people. If you want to cast a big name like Jake Gyllenhaal to sell to the American market, that's one thing, but at least get some local flavor into the supporting…
I dream one or two times a week, and they are almost always about video games in some way (though rarely about actual video games that exist in reality).
@cityslicker: As far as I know, Gabe Newell has never said anything negative about PS3 users or the decision to buy a PS3 as a consumer. His argument about the PS3 is purely on the development side.
I don't know why people encourage developers to actively neuter themselves in front of the microphone. Do you really want Gabe Newell to do what everyone else does and spew a bunch of bullshit that his PR person gave him in an effort to appease everyone and offend no one?
@okenny :) ...building bridges (to hide under): Man, you had me into my third paragraph before I picked up on it.
I am really tired of hearing this terrible Humble Indie Bundle argument. People pirated it simply because it was more convenient than paying $0.01; the two actions are ethically indistinguishable.
@Crugath: How to make money with video games:
@teh_me: Sounds like VAC.
@ceooflhm: Also, Picasso is a hack because he refused to make sculptures out of goat shit.
@JahB: Used game sales = piracy + money for Gamestop.
@Jennacide: Not to mention the mess that is bad CS:S public servers.
