The difference between this and the MRAs is that one is an acknowledgement based on, y'know, that this is what the body objectively does, and the other is based entirely on something that is a construct. In other words, the MRA position is totally made up.

Everyone's bodies works on different cycles and rhythms. You can accurately predict, for example, when the best time of day to take a nap is provided you have a healthy circadian rhythm.

This is all about mindfulness of one's body. We live in a society emphasizes only the body in the form of a false image that exists only in the mind, or else we pretend that the body doesn't matter. Both presumptions are, of course, fundamentally false.
