Speaking of bad science, at some point did they show a lightening storm? I've seen every episode so far, but I think my brain is defending itself by refusing to create long term memories of this tv program.

...says every person every season since 1980.

I guess the question is always whether it's doing "well enough" to draw enough advertisers to pay for itself. What I'm seeing here is "no".

"I'm still hopeful that by the end of its first (and let's face it, at this point only) season..."

In 1891, he used the Forest Reserve Act to allocate 150 million acres of land to the public domain — an unprecedented move for a U.S. president.

Science only advances when it is questioned.

Damnit! I forgot it. I should have just use Mondain's Skull when I had the chance.

Just a smidgen back, near the throne room door....

This will finally resolve the question, "Who wants a prefab skyscraper?"

Scientists generally avoid questions that cannot be resolved empirically. For example, "Does an all powerful god exist?" is not a good scientific question because it cannot logically be refuted. Another bad example is a logically inconsistent question like, "Is this statement false?".

Yeah. I wonder why it's so difficult for the script handling the "SUBMIT" button to do a validation check?

Microscopes will lay bare the vital organs, through the living flesh, of men and animals. The living body will to all medical purposes be transparent. Not only will it be possible for a physician to actually see a living, throbbing heart inside the chest, but he will be able to magnify and photograph any part of it.

Good point. Thanks!

Well, if humans did land on or colonize Mars, then they would find intelligent life there.

Being perhaps generous, I'd give him 5 out of 19 correct:
