I still remember that amazing image of what they wanted to do with MARTA that popped up about 2 years ago. Why don’t you just meal prep then? Go to the Farmer’s Market, grab some cheap veggies/spices and make some Masala or curry. It tastes like real food and you’ll probably end up spending the same amount.

I don’t understand why anyone would want to eat this. Plus people keep saying its a cheap alternative to actual food but I can spend 30 bucks at the Farmer’s Market down the road and make 10lbs of Chana Masala or Chili with actual vegetables and spices and you know, taste.

That's the thing though, when you up the resolution of a few things they become out of place. The artist would have to update everything. Characters, items, environments, etc. You have to keep the art style cohesive or it all falls apart.

Actual artist here, depending on the amount of work you could be looking at paying way more then just 4,000 dollars. Plus no one who is close to smart is going to take work without at least half the payment up front.
