@quisbella: Hells yes! I just started watching both shows a few weeks ago. I too am entranced by the pansexual magic of Captain Jack. I also found out that John Barrowman's sister, who he has written books with, lives in the same city as me. I kind of want to stalk him now.

@Cimorene: He knows I'm a virgin, and is not rushing me, so there's nothing uncomfortable there. I'm more surprised and freaked out at how fast I want to go. Mentally, I'm not entirely sure how long I want to wait, and physically, I am sooo ready. Really, I don't know if I want to wait and see if this is going to

@TimFritz: Ok, so to be clear. Physically, very ready. Mentally, I'm not sure. And when I say imminent, I mean within the next month or two, not this week. It's more that this is the first romantic relationship-type thing I've ever had, and I'm not quite sure how to deal with it all. This boy scrambles my brain.

So, for the first time in my life (age 21), I am dating. It's confusing, and awkward, and I kind of like it. Anyway, I met a really cute guy a little more than a week ago, and we've gone out a few times. Things are moving extremely fast physically, and I'm freaking out a little. Loss of virginity seems imminent.

Here's my sweetums.

@sarahmick: I hate, hate, hate the current dresses. Glittery, neon - remember when the dresses actually had Celtic designs on them?

@duetoprivacy: Yes. They should. It would be a sexless marriage, and they would bicker constantly, and it would be lovely.

@ClioAames: I know. I can't imagine them in a sexual situation or anything like that (ew), but I want the two of them to grow old together. I can't imagine anything different.

@ardentlilac: the money can be used to buy ice cream, snuggies, and dvd's of satc for women scorned around the world.

@SalutLaMiss...: The expense for Irish dancing (or any type of dancing, really) is enormous. Those dresses aren't cheap! A solo dress can easily cost more than $1000. And if you want to be successful as a dancer, you are more or less required to have one (damn politics!). Also school dress, soft shoes, hard shoes,

@TimFritz: Irish dancers usually have at least two dresses. The school dress is usually simpler, and is worn by all dancers in some routines. The solo dress is more colorful, and every dress is different.

@SalutLaMiss...: The dresses are not that all that light, actually. They are usually composed of several layers of heavy fabric quilted together to get them to look stiff. My dress was made of wool :/

Yay for Irish dancing! I did it for years when I was younger, and this time of year was a blast. You got to skip school and dance in a pretty dress and march in the parade! What fun. I never got my solo dress however (what the girls pictured are wearing), so I'm still a little bitter about that.

Here is my little stinky girl.

@caffeinequeen: Believe me, you didn't. That would be 800 times more horrifying.

@thatsleepyperson: Yup, happened in West Bend. It boggles the mind, truly. The article I read, however, emphasized that there were too many people in the room, that the Hampton inn does not host birthday parties, and that the facility does not have a game room. WTF?

@Penny: What you never knew was that by the age of 24, she had earned both a M.D. from Harvard as well as a J.D. from Yale, but after suffering from burnout at age 32 she turned to alcohol and cats for comfort.

@otherginger: Ahh! In high school I was in a class with a girl whose mother used to live next door to Ahmad Rashad! This story now impacts my life directly!

@KitCatCadillac: In other words - these kids are human beings, not circus monkeys who perform on demand.
