I’d say Macross mainly falls into Class 3, honestly. Like, I can look at basically any (UN Spacy/Human, at least) ship in Macross and identify what a lot of the specific bits do, a lot like how I can with a Starfleet ship. There’s a consistent design language with a lot of established fantastical technology.

I hope they offer those new Series X model controllers in translucent shades sooner rather than later. I want this, but I want USB-C and a Share button more.

Hey, I probably won’t do this ‘cause it still represents too great a compromise for me over just keeping everything in a cross-platform notes app, but it’s still good advice so thanks!

I mean, my point is to do with how the combination of the line summaries - which, to me, beg a voiced line - and the more cinematic shot-reverse-shot perspective - which also begs a voiced line - ultimately add up to make the dialogue system grate on me moreso than either would in isolation, which is why I replied to y

You don’t get to read the actual lines your character is supposed to be saying, either. It’s super off-putting for me, even as a fan of unvoiced RPG protagonists.

The past-tense dialogue summaries might actually kill this game for me. They feel kinda like the sorts of line summaries you’d choose between in a game with a voiced protagonist, so the fact that they’re all you get is... Really disconcerting to me, particularly when combined with the more cinematic shot-reverse-shot

I had to swear off Apple Notes ‘cause not being able to access them on most of my devices started getting really frustrating. I wish they’d sync more widely--or that this feature were available to other note apps.

The underwear on the outside could work very well, depending on the character. They’re not gonna make another good movie Superman costume until they stop being ashamed of it. His whole suit just doesn’t work without it.

Darth Vader: Revenge is not the Jedi way.

Honestly, if anything I sometimes find myself wishing there were a non-energy version of Monster Ultra Zero ‘cause I can only drink a couple of cans before I start getting jittery and I’d happily have that stuff over literally any other zero calorie soft drink, energy or no.

I enjoy the flavour of at least three different energy drinks to the point where I’d happily drink them even if they contained no energy, so regardless of the intrinsic properties of caffeine, I’m gonna have to disagree with your second statement.

I really hope they feel confident enough to let this new Batman be its own thing, unbeholden to any of BvS’ baggage.

I still to this day don’t understand exactly how someone dies in a fire on 24th century Earth. I get that the vineyard’s sort of out of the way, but surely some sensor would’ve noticed in time to have the Picard family beamed to safety?

I think it’s mentioned somewhere early in TNG that French is a dying language by the 24th century, so it’s likely that he didn’t grow up speaking it.

I’d have put the non-Lite Switch on here too, personally.

When I was a kid, my ultimate dream game was basically, ‘KotOR II but you get to fly the Ebon Hawk around and stuff’.

The first season is very uneven - and the first few episodes are outright bad - so I’d recommend using a watch guide for that. From the second season onwards you can just watch everything, though.
