Yeah it’s kinda... Diesel-punk, I guess? They have electricity and stuff—though it’s called ambaric energy in Lyra’s world, and they don’t have 1990s-level computers, or planes or anything.

Most of the time when I’m in a hurry I can just run up the escalator without dealing with a line, though? That’s always going to be faster than letting the thing carry me up at a slower speed. If I were spending ages waiting in line to get to the ‘fast’ side of the escalator I’d agree, but I’m just not.
While true, it ignores the fact that people who aren’t in a hurry are usually happy to slow themselves down a little to let people rushing to trains or wherever by.
I just want ‘em to put 5e’s Horizon Walker Ranger subclass in there so I can basically just play as Ciri.
I think I’ve come to realise that the way the lightsaber is presented - the context around it - is actually ultimately more important to me than how powerful it feels in combat.
Halo 5's campaign had less of a story than Destiny 2’s, and what was there was told incredibly poorly. I came in wanting, very much, to like that game, but the campaign was so actively terrible - from both a story and design perspective (the Warden fucking Eternal alone...) that it’s the only Halo campaign I’ve never…
i miss foehammer
speaking as someone for whom destiny is kinda fundamentally unappealing ‘cause of the multiplayer focus:
i’m good thx
look i forget my glasses when they’re on my head sometimes
ya. like I'm sure this'll be interesting, but very little about the concept actually appeals to me as a game I'd want to play, speaking as someone who loved Watch Dogs 2.
gonna invert the neutron flow of grapes
Speaking as someone who loves Picard more than any character, in anything - like, I can straight up trace huge parts of who I am back to watching him in TNG as a kid - I’d be absolutely delighted if this show handled him as well as TLJ handled Luke.
It’s free and if you add it to your library it’s yours forever.
Ehhh I know it’s me being unreasonably picky, but I actually don’t like the logo very much, nor do I think it was the obvious choice. Like, it’s the wrong Starfleet delta - way more TOS than TNG+ - and the wrong font for ‘Star Trek’.
Most of the ships don’t make their own antimatter—it’s super inefficient compared to just fueling up from a dedicated facility, and you need specialised equipment for it. I think the only ship that’s been outright confirmed to be capable of it is the Galaxy-class, ‘cause yo, Starfleet threw everything and several…
I know a few people who think, like, exactly the opposite about P4 Golden, largely because of the way the additional content handled certain characters.
I dunno about where you are, but that really, really isn’t the case here in the UK. Digital games on the Xbox Store are ludicrously overpriced next to physical, for both new releases and older titles. You could wipe out the savings from buying this console in one or two purchases.
i mean i wanna buy some now
Ah, that’s a bummer.
