you know... photoshop can import video frames to layers... no need to convert to jpg before going into PS. (up to 500frames) just select the video file and it automatically separates all the frames.

im asking...is the game blocking scenes when recording? thats what im wondering. if you can record the game and upload it to youtube without the scenes being blocked then theres literally no reason to block it on archived twitch... but if it IS blocked on regular recording then that makes sense and its whatever...

that doesnt make sense... since they have the capability to disable streaming and recording of the game at the console level... why stop archiving for fear of spoilers if you can record and upload to youtube also? sounds more like an oversight or mistake.

right... its an ability you have to wait for it to charge... and you get it in limited capacity... so NOT like a normal weapon.
