Thats a huge assumption that the lack of completion is due to burnout. In my case 99.9% of the time its due to new games releasing before finishing an old game... so its not burnout... its “too many games” im OFTEN juggling 2 or more HUGE open world games at a time.

Sadly they probably expired those points youve been saving. Ive saved a bunch, but Ubi changed how long you can save them. So i ended up losing a few thousand points.
