My friend’s son was in various hospitals in Boston and RI with a very harsh form of cancer (he made it, he’s cancer free!) and certain celebrities visited through MAW and other charities and also, some just dropped in unannounced.

Manson hung with the kid all day in the recording studio.... Let him record some screaming and he put it in his song... Was showing him some of his drawings and then told the kid he could keep all of them. Just spent long, quality time with the kid engaging in their shared interests. Down to earth and personable.

We’ve got some stupid politicians up here in Canada, and the odd crazy-sounding one pops up now and then. But, holy shit, there seems to be an enormous number of certifiably insane politicians in the US.
