It would never happen, but I would be soooo happy if the last scene of the movie is this: They find the promised land/planet, and as they step out of their ship sexy green women step out from behind some rocks or flora of some sort. Close up shot of Matthew McConaughey, "Alright, alright, alright!" Credits roll.

Ha ha, I did the same with my hunter.

I've found that everyone I've pointed that out to had never seen the movie in the first place.

I went to a small Lutheran High School where our biology teacher was a young Earth creationist. It wasn't his intention, but his absurd ideas and explanations definitely solidified my path toward skepticism as the majority of class time was spent arguing against his ideas with actual facts or even through biblical

That smile is great. It was totally a dog's "did I do good?!" smile.

We still get dubs for non-English movies. 99% of the dubs are terrible. I muuuuch prefer subtitles.

I agree with you that SLCC's success probably played a part in spawning the lawsuit. SDCC has around 130k people attending the last few years, while the SLCC had about 80k last fall for their first show and 100+k during their Spring show. An increase in attendance over 20k and breaking 100k people for a Con that was

This is my favorite book! I've gone through a few copies from overuse.

I liked them both, but if they did the book ending they would have had to change a lot of the movie plot as well since she still had the power.

Back in college I saw a guy with a hat that had 子猫 on it acting all tough getting on a bus. I couldn't help but burst out laughing because it translates to "kitten". At least it wasn't a tattoo though.

As annoying as it is to the gamers I think this is a bigger disservice to the artists and developers. I'm sure they put a lot of work into those graphics only to have them disabled for some reason. Maybe it was a good reason, but so far not by the sound of it.

Kind of like Malibu. There is a beach! Although it is reservoir...and about 7,000 ft higher in elevation.

It was around mid May on the East Canyon road in northern Utah.

Now playing

I'll stick with my LGT (the second car to pass):

Or, he didn't want him to find out who his sister was right away, because fighting all the time must get boring for a Jedi and he thought accidental incest would be hilarious.

I can't remember my femshep's name, but my male shep was named Klaus Shepard. Get it? He is a German Shepard! Ah ha ha ha ha ha...I'll leave now >_>

*drool* With Subaru not bringing the Levorg or Legacy GT Wagons to the US this would be a nice upgrade for a current Subi owner.

Too bad there won't be a GT version.

It is Salt Lake City. The tallest building is only like 26 floors, so webbing wouldn't be very useful ha ha.

It took SDCC 25 years (2005) to break 100k attendees. It took the Salt Lake Comic Con 6 months. Plus as others have mentioned there are a lot of tech companies in Utah, and more moving in all the time. eBay, Adobe, Novell, Overstock.com, Skullcandy, etc. As far as not being able to drink in Salt Lake, I don't know
