Worth mentioning, and something I always advocate for, is that in rugby, you have to at least make an attempt to wrap up on all tackles.

Honest question (because I think you raise an interesting point) — what would be the right amount of scenes? Call it the Winter Soldier scale: Black Widow level, Bucky level, Falcon level? None of the above?

There are two things I point to as disappointments they didn’t make it into the movies. The first is Tom Bombadil. I know it makes sense considering how the story was chiseled down, but I have always loved that part of Fellowship and always wanted to see that done. The second and more unforgivable subtraction was the

The Vorkosigan Saga is one of the best things ever. Just wanted to put that out there.

I thought about that kiss, then brushed it off as a “what the hell, we’re all going to die anyway” kiss.

I critiqued Marc Maron’s interviewing style on a message board I didn’t know he read. This was during the first year or so of WTF and it seemed to me like every time his guest was a woman or some kind of ethnic/sexual minority, he’d focus so squarely on that aspect of them and ignore everything else. He wasn’t being a

I'm a writer and my partner and I developed and scripted out this concept pitch for the CW promo dept. The Fight Club idea originally came from the SVP of On-Air there (the mighty Ed Sion) and the elevator sequence was a separate script idea from us that ended up becoming the intro. What you see above is what I do for

My bet is that there will be a scene similar to Arrow with Waller walking down a prison hallway passing all the villains as she selects who she wants on the squad. These the B list villians will be nothing more that place holders, and will show up in future movies.

I had a similar existential crisis when it was revealed that somehow Andrea managed to keep her white lace thongs on fleek in the post-bleach and washing machine era zombie apocalypse.

Well, because they've been told for years that Middle Eastern people are evil terrorists. They're "the other" and it's easy to lump all Middle Eastern people in with actual terrorists and demonize them all. Plus, it can be really hard to accept that your society is doing something wrong, because people want to see

I wouldn't say no better. But we certainly don't have a huge moral high ground. We can't reasonably complain about terrorists beheading captured Americans when we're torturing captured Middle Eastern people who haven't been found guilty of anything.

I think the whole issue would be much better served if society in general hadn't been cramming the notions of ignorance, bigotry, and (old-definition) racism into a single (modern/cultural definition) "racism".

Things like this make me wonder if the only real revision we need to the Constitution of the US is to change the minimum-age requirements for holding office to maximum-age limits. No Presidents older than 35. No Senators older than 30. No Representatives older than 25.

I'll admit, it's a little fun sometimes to poke anti-vaxxers in person. I'm Autistic, but apparently not the stereotype of Autism that they usually have in their heads, so it's fun to see them try to work it out when I let them rant about how bad vaccines and Autism are before I clue them in.

I challenge you with(Paraphrasing): "23 years without a polio case in the US and I don't understand why we still give to children. It is beyond me"

I don't know if I trust this in the hands of Snyder if he gives Bruce Wayne a vest. It's just so out of character for Bruce Wayne to wear a vest and I no longer find his character believable.
