I think you have a reading comprehension issue here. The article simply states to negotiate the sale price of the car separately from any of the other aspects of the transaction. The information is given when you need it.

I remember in the 90's a Japanese car company had a Mr Miagi looking dude that would say "dogs love trucks." I think it was Nissan.

But in Japan the amount of people who need a turbo charged coup is very high.

It is not sold as a luxury sedan, Buick is trying to promote it as "affordable-luxury" but like I said before it's for old people.

A Buick Regal isn't considered a luxury car in the US either. Buick's are for old people, only the Chinese think Buick's are luxurious.

The same could be said for the Smart Fortwo and Fiat 500. They get roughly the same fuel economy, sometimes worse than a compact sedan with less utility. They are for the most part a suburban fashion statement.

The cab-forward is partially cultural and partially about the size of the roads too. A Truck is much easier to work on than a van-front type vehicle where you have to go in through the cab to access vital components. It's more of "we have the space so lets use it" type mentality. A gearhead here and I have worked in a shop in my past life. The two biggest rip-offs at a shop are "fuel injector cleaning" and "Air Conditioner Tune-Up" If your car is not mis-firing the injectors are fine. If your A/C is blowing cold it doesn't need a tune-up.

I heard that in racing Saab found out that it was quicker to re-start a stalled engine if the key was near the gear shift (on manuals) than moving your hand to the column and back again. But who knows.

Let's not forget the 2 door soft top version the Amigo too.

I agree, I am a knowledge worker and at my company I am the only person in my position. That's why I generally use references in government that I have worked with before and people I have worked with in the private sector outside of my company.

They are called Bogeys

My employer fills their gas pumps with Rec 90 and I drive my truck for work so.. Na Na Ne Boo Boo!

The biggest problem with diesels is the pump handle. You see gasoline evaporates but fuel oils do not so the nozzle handle is eternally oily. Also today's gasoline TDI's behave in much the same way as diesels without the need for aftertreatments.

Gmail, Chrome, YouTube and Gmaps are all fabulous on iOS. I like the iPhone though I would've bought a Nexus 7 if I hadn't been gifted an iPad last christmas. I don't think there really is one better than the other anymore though I prefer iOS on a phone. I just hate Android fanboys (not accusing you) that say "your

If you are ordering a food item ask for a "sample" of one of their brewed coffees. They'll usually give you a short filled with coffee for free.
