Saying that Strong "might make a good position" coach after he turned Louisville around means either McCombs is a racist or he has a ridiculously inflated idea of how much experience and technical ability it takes to win at Texas relative to Louisville. I suspect it's mostly the latter, but it may be both.

That would be billionaire with a B.

Screw the projector; I want my house to look like that one.

Red McCombs: God damnit, I want Saban! That guy was one play away from the national championship. Texas should be able to go eeny-meeny-miny-moe and get that guy.

Really great design.

"He'd be a fine position coach, the black families like it when you send another black round to call. But actually in a position of authority? Tut tut, it isn't done!"

How'd he get so rich without knowing the fundamental rule of business: once they have your money, they don't have to listen to you any more?

Me: [begins to read article]

Nonsense. I think we can trust the man who had the vision to hire Mike Tice to know a good coach when he sees one.

Imagine the most stereotypical old white Texas businessman you can possibly think of, then make him even more racist. That's Red McCombs

Come at me ironybro

Clearly the next victim of the Ice truck killer:

Buying new tech sucks sometimes, doesn't it?

They should be doing this with the vita...

This is you taking me seriously.

So close but so not the Motorola Startac I really want to be ironically rocking. Ironirocking?

How dare you not mention Gordon Gekko in this post! I want one to look like a ruthless businessman in my office! It goes perfect with any double breasted suit!

I thought it was interesting and then the 3 months of juice popped out at me. It seems like this might be a sweet emergency cell phone.
