That's a big footnote for the PS3's CPU performance... All specs I've seen list PS3 CPU performance at around double that of 360. And as far as Unreal engine 4... It's a scalable engine so it will run on anything.

And you would be wrong. Nintendo and Sony both make portables that could well use this chip—portables that always feature buttons, sticks and triggers. These chips CAN power devices that use touch screens exclusively; nothing about them mandates that they MUST :)
