I think it's because most of the outspoken "purists" started playing at OOT, and just want that story sequeled to hell. People who have played every Zelda title when they were relevant seem to find TP much more attractive, and a great realization of what the franchise was meant to embody. It's an unfortunate

Ha ha- seriously, that would make the game much more palatable to me as well. Okay, bad example.

My Wii remote broke on my second playthrough, so I never finished it. I got a crappy 3rd party remote, but lost my moxie and never went to finish it. I think I'm at the Yeti's house dungeon- one of the cooler ones in the game. One day......... one day.....

Downloading Now- Thanks a bunch!!

Backgrounds look surprisingly faboo, and created in a way that reflects the original art design, instead of going overboard like so many HD remakes try to. The characters would need a complete overhaul. HD should used to make detail deeper, not only sharper. I'm thinking more Toriyama, less mud puddle.

Yeah, the dungeons looked cool- But I'm reminded of how much I loved the dungeons in Phantom Hourglass, but didn't like playing any other parts of the game. I can't speak for certain as I've never played the game, but I've had friends who love the series similarly to how and why I do tell me they were disappointed

You've done a hell of a job! Keep up the good work. If there is ever a remotely playable version of it, rest assured that I'll be playing it, even if it is only the opening (you're talking to a dude who went to Blockbuster just to play the original demo over and over, then bought a PS1 with Tobal No 1 just for the

People hate me for liking it so much more than OOT, but I just do. In fact, I like most of them more than OOT. Even so, I love OOT, ha ha.

SS is the only canonical Zelda experience I haven't played. It looks pretty, but I just can't wrap my head around a Zelda game that forces combat, and nixes exploration. It's like a COD game that takes out the gunplay, and makes you verbally assault your opponents, Phoenix Wright style.

Link's Awakening is a must if you backlog, and own a 3DS. Minish Cap was good fare. The Oracle games on GBC were good, but I don't see them as must-play, and you get a better experience from Link's Awakening anyway.

Man, I loved Twilight Princess, and I often feel like the only person who grades it high on the overall scale in the series. This looks great, but there was a quality to the color scheme in the original that was somewhat subdued in a wonderful way, and the diffused golden lighting in the dusk and dawn portions of the

I really didn't look too far into the sequel, but the screens I did see showcased locales the appeared more detailed and unique. I'll still probably buy this game for Vita, but I really need to start beating some of the games I already have just to shorten the cue and keep my head spinning from rotating all of them,

I had the same problem. It looked like it could be intriguing, but the actual exploration felt lax, the world was hubbed, and the battles seemed to bore me, and were sometimes on the needlessly difficult side. I found it to be a bit underwhelming. Part 2 looked good, but I never got it based on my time with the

I'm cool with that. I would much rather see a more lengthy and fleshed out version of Melee's adventure mode (with longer, goal oriented levels based on classic games) than the Subspace Emissary type gameplay, with its bland enemies and nonsensical levels. It just didn't fit. That's probably a personal opinion,

The polygonal battle graphics were fairly primitive, even at the time- and the jump in quality that came to FFVIII made that all the more apparent. That said, I think the pre-rendered backgrounds would need only to be sharpened to HD quality to be updated- most of them are still in great aspect, detail, and are very

Bravo to the dude for getting as far as he did. Just for the record, I like this version better than any of the other remakes or even brainstorms that I've seen. I think this version would be better received than an actual PS3/4 remake would, as it would leave more to the imagination to fill in based on how you

Ha ha- classic penis. So red.

You must have some sweet-ass roaches in your kitchen.......... and a fairly filthy kitchen. Clean it!

If they made a smaller version with some form of animal-ish AI, and some form of communication output- even a blinking light that gave you an idea of what it was thinking- I'd have to have one chilling around the house as my invincible, eternal pet.
