People may not be wearing the full ensemble, but maybe picking up individual items like a shirt, or vest to wear in a more modern configuration as well.

So this is not me telling someone else what to do or how to react, but to me trust is frankly more than love. It’s the underpinning. And if you lose my trust, you lose my love. And in that moment, someone cheating on me is lying to me, they broke my trust and I’d rather know the truth than continue with some pollyanna

How weird, thanks for the tip. I think I’ve probably put all the time into it that I care to, but I appreciate the reply. :)

Welp, I feel fine about ignoring the page for the rest of the sale then. :-/

I just spent some time staring at the screen in Steam and I don’t get it. I’m shown as having 30k ‘capacity’ but no points? I picked up a couple games on sale, but that gets me nothing, I guess?  Am I supposed to play Stardew Valley and harvest crops to farm points to do... what? I don’t get it.

Yeah, I had a dude tell me that he welcomes women like me into his fandom. My only response was ‘welcome me? I was here first.’

All consumers are not created equal. Even if you’re highly invested in a product, it doesn’t require the creator to be highly invested in your custom. For all the assholes screaming on twitter about how the new Star Wars descended upon their childhood like Anakin on younglings, the movie did well in the box office. So

You’re buying the product.  You’re not buying the development, oversight, management, employment, creation, research, or production.  You’re buying the end product.  You can dislike any stage of that chain, but you don’t own it.

Why wouldn’t you want to know if someone was cheating on you? Perhaps it’s the latent aromantic in me, but if we’re done, we’re done. Move on to your new chick and leave me alone. I never signed up for an open relationship. I’d rather find out from a friend than from a doctor when I tested positive for an STI.

God damn. I mean. Is it not common sense? I love Kyoto, I’ve been there probably a dozen times, even staying there for almost a month once. Gion and Ponto-Cho were some of my favourite places to go walking. I took approximately 4 million pictures. In all that time, I saw only a handful of Maiko and Geisha and I took

Made me think of Witcher 3 with multiple ass shots of Yennifer before we see her face. In that moment all I could see was “oh man, this game was made for straight men, and I am not supposed to be here.” Yeah sure, let’s talk about religion, authoritarianism, family, racism, and such but also, did you see the barmaid’s

I am not excusing AT&T’s donations or the harm that comes with supporting republicans in any way, but I will note that I worked for them in the 90s, and they were the first employer I worked with who were supportive of the LGBT community in a meaningful way (ie: hiring them). Granted, this was not the US, but about

I loved this game, and weirdly I don’t remember it being all that difficult. At least that’s not what sticks with me, aside from that kneel against the cliff puzzle. I loved the mood of it, contrasted with how many other games were high energy, high colour, high volume.  This and Star Tropics were my two most played

DiDio got so mad he couldn’t kill Dick Grayson that he just killed comics instead.  ;)

This makes me sad in a very nostalgic way. In the 90s, I grew tired of the mainstream hero books and was on my way out of comics. My local comic shop, being excellent, lured me back in with Vertigo and I loved it. I still have so many of the original line up from Vertigo because I basically gave everything a shot.

Y’know, at the risk of a serious ‘hello fellow kids’ moment, I have to say these character streamers are where I end up losing interest in streaming. I pretty much watch streamers / youtubers all day for background noise when I work. I enjoy the streams and the folks I watch, but mother of god why does every streamer

You’re boring, and your take is a cry for attention you haven’t earned through any apparent ability.

Yeah, I pivoted away from the big 2 and the hero books and into more of the Vertigo (yes, it’s also DC, I know) type comics as well. Swamp Thing, Hellblazer, Animal Man, Doom Patrol, Alien Legion, Moebius, Sandman, Starman, Shade, Books of Magic, etc were all a nice counterpoint to the BS in hero books.

Meh, there’s nothing realistic about this, and it does little to advance any kind of awareness of rape. It’s like calling John Wick a realistic look at pet ownership.

Okay, not the point of the article, but hands down, Chandra has to be one of my favourite character designs in terms of looks. Man, I would kill for video games to have armour sets like that for female characters. They just nailed the proportions on it for my taste. I also realize belatedly that my fire elementalist
