I mean...I didn’t use it a lot, but I got some pretty good stuff off of it. Full version of Knights of the Old Republic, for instance, as well as Monument Valley, World of Goo...that’s all I remember, though, so maybe you’re right.

Thank you for sharing this. This is close to my own situation. I grew up shooting and hunting, got my first shotgun for Christmas when I was 10, learned and practiced proper gun safety, had easy access to at least 20 guns and plenty of ammunition for both. And in the 9th grade, I became suicidal. I thankfully never

To use IFTTT with Home, do you have to add it as a service in the Home app on your phone, or is it sufficient to add Google Assistant as a service in the IFTTT app/site? I ask, because, for some reason, the Home app doesn’t let you search for services and instead requires you to scroll through all 100 or so. They

Yeah, I exclusively use “Hey, Google” with my Google Home specifically to avoid this issue. Works well. It also responds to “Hey, Boo-Boo,” and I’ve heard that it responds to “Hey, Baby.”

Yeah, that sounds like a local software or hardware issue. Have you had it happen with other phones? Have you tried using “Ok, Google” with Chrome on a desktop computer with a microphone?

Oh, man, I forgot about that in Better off Ted. LOL

Amazon has some really big deals on Xbox One bundles, too. I don’t know how good they are, really, but they look pretty big.

Curious if anyone knows: Is it okay to do deadlifts with dumbbells? My gym, which I really love in every respect except this one, doesn’t have free-weights (they have Smith Machines for any kind of barbell work over 60 pounds, but you can’t really deadlift with Smith Machine). They have barbells with set weights from

I’m a public school teacher / college adjunct professor. Both of those positions have set pay rates that can’t be negotiated; however, my first teaching job was at a charter school, which is different. I negotiated my salary there - several thousand less than the minimum public teacher pay in my state, but several

THIS. I said I like the News, Google, not propaganda.

I feel stupid. I just disinfected my mom’s Windows 8.1 PC and told her that Windows Defender was all that she needed as long as she kept it updated (a friend of hers had told her to turn off automatic updating because it would allow Microsoft to upgrade her computer to Windows 10 without telling her and then Microsoft

Oh, also, I don't have a color ereader, so I still buy graphic novels / comic trade paperbacks in physical form instead of ebook form. I would totally buy them in ebook form if I had a color ereader.

For me personally, I prefer ebooks for the simplicity and ease of reading on my Kindle. I can take my Kindle with me on a trip and have access to thousands of books. If I take a new book with me on a trip and hate it, then I'm kind of stuck with that or nothing. If I take a new ebook with me on a trip and hate it,

This is great, but I'm disappointed that there were no blue sauces like the picture implied ;)

Side note: You really need to shell out a nice bit of money for a good compressor. The only thing worse than not having an air compressor is having a crappy one that takes 20 minutes to build up pressure.

This seems pretty cool as a proof-of-concept, but I'm really stretching myself to find any instance in my own life where this would be useful. I guess since I have my gaming machine hooked up to the TV in my living room, this would let me play games without tying up the TV (same as playing games on the Wii U pad, for

I didn't get any dialog asking if I wanted to always use app chooser. I still have to scroll through a dozen programs to get to Appchooser, then choose that, then choose what apps I want to use. It defeats the whole purpose.
