As others said, literally none of Sony's exclusives are 'grey and brown, gritty, hardcore shooting games', and 'overpriced memory sticks' have literally nothing to do with Sony either. None of their systems have memory sticks, and arguably aren't overpriced.

Narrator from Bastion, amirite?

Live action teasers/trailers are infinitely better than pre-rendered teasers/ trailers. This is thematic and dramatic and well edited, but pre-rendereds are usually so not indicative of the game they represent that it feels like a total lie, and looks weird to boot.

Henry James, a legendary and innovative American writer from the 19th into 20th century, once said in his critical work 'The Art of Fiction': '[The novel] must take itself seriously for the public to take it so.'

Outside of Japan/ Europe. It's the USA that got the bad cover art.

Good tip. Would promote if i could.

The games are nearly on par in terms of quality, so say the critics. Totally understandable imho. As far as punching someone for something meaningless goes. I'd punch someone for either, in that context.

That would be incredible; but honestly, I think Ueda's too much of a hipster for that. He always wants to do something unusual and unexpected. I think a Zelda is too mainstream for him.

I meant hipster mentality re: Zardo, not yourself, incase you thought that :P co-op is definitely arguably the best way to play the game.

I mean at surface level human behaviour it would be exhibited as desensitization. Literally it's inhibition, yes.

I'd also argue they try it with non-violent games, movies, etc. etc.

Hipster mentality. I agree with you, though I think the competitive does have its moments.

You're missing out a lot not playing the multiplayer; specifically the co-op. Especially in UC3, the co-op's basically like a continuation of the singleplayer, with double the enemies and two friends helping. It's incredible.

I met David Lloyd at a convention a while back in London. I was first in line to have my copy of VfV signed.

The article says the facts come from interview bits with Ueda himself. From an official handbook. So it's legit.

True, barely even read it, just saw the 'all words have capital first letter' and posted the comm. MY BAD

Less capital letters for every word, please

The environments in the first two games were dull. That was the point of them. Mundane and gritty. This looks more colourful, but still gritty; which is what noir is really about.

You said it yourself : "quicker precision". The word precision there is moot: they are equally precise, it's just as easy to hit a small target at the same distance etc., etc. in an FPS with a joypad. The only difference is the speed of wide turning, which is only a relevant difference if your turn is wider than the,

An achievement for a game of this size and scope. If the game were a 12-hour standard, not a 100+ behemoth, I think we'd all be sad at that amount of crash.
