I’m all for innovation, so much so that I included a video of a working solar roadway in Korea. This one has the solar panels above the bike path and angled, like they should be if you want to get as much energy as possible, also if you don’t want to drive on those same panels like a dummy.

Agreed - I think you're spot on here, about 24-48 hours of rest, but any more than that and the oils start to break down. After 2 weeks they're all but gone, and while the coffee may still be good, it's a shade of what it *could* have been.
