Oculus will be the best VR in the market, people want to jump on the hate train, but it is still going to be a gaming VR first, and everything else second. Now it has HUGE backers, and people working on it. Sony's VR, and other VR's won't touch it. Especially since it is a PC only device.

I think the main thing is demand. I doubt the amount of people that have worked on Wii/PS3/360 emulators and other forefront consoles are far greater than the amount working towards the Sega Saturn.
