How is that a stretch? Different real armor is different precisely because each is designed for a different function and at a different time. Function is a critical aspect to consider. If this was supposed to be historic then it would be a bit impractical.

As ive said, this picture just shows the breastplate, people wear other layers of cloth or mail armor not pictured here underneath.

Yeah i know, most iterations of Honda look pretty good. Its mostly the SF4 one that looks dumb but to be fair, the muscle definition looked kinda weird in that game in general.

Who said anything about a battlefield? Its a fantasy armor and its function is unknown. Maybe its used in a world to fight creatures that have amazing eyesight and dont have small piercing weapons so the lights and small holes that make it lighter are not a disadvantage.

Fantasy and scifi are my favorite genres. But there has to some semblance of realism and especially internal consistency in order for the fantastic to be believable.

He just has abs 3 times the normal proporion with a bit of fat around them. He really loves working his abs.
