I agree about the ELO/Who moments. The combination just worked so well in that episode. I smile every time I hear either of the songs they used because it just instantly brings up the mental image of Elton and his buds jamming out. :)
It's a tough choice, but they're both so perfect for the Master. I'd probably agree and pick "Voodoo Child" though (if only because the Missus gets involved with her adorable little toe-tapping). I downloaded both songs on iTunes immediately after watching that two parter. <3
