I think most people are waiting for the Snyder Cut.

I’m a huge MCU fan. I haven’t gone to see one in theaters since they started putting them on Disney+ a couple months after.

Marvel invites cinemagoers to marvel as Marvel presents Captain Marvel and the Marvels, starring Marvel and those other Marvels. Marvel!

The most brutal review headline I saw for this film was from New York Times, which was ‘You’ve seen this movie 32 times before’.

Same. I’ve been expecting this. The trailors looked so boring and just like yet another generic, inconsequential Marvel film. The fact that it’s literally just called “The Marvels” is pretty ironic. 

Can’t say I’m surprised. I’m a big Marvel fan, and this may be the first movie that I have no desire to see. 

I’d pay good money to see Wolverine battle his evil clone son from the Age of Sinister timeline Pulverine.

Really, how long is Marvel going to keep doing this thing that gets press every time they do it?

Probably until they all show up in Deadpool 3.

Is it really any different to teasing Thanos and the Infinity Stones, which Marvel was doing all throughout the original films? I imagine there are some big plans to have the X-Men involved in an upcoming multiversal war, and if the groundwork weren’t laid I’m sure the AV Club would write some kind of “Where the hell…

The fact that you think marketing is something that that should taught in film classes really tells us all we need to know about the MCU.

Was he hoping it would just roll out of bounds? Even if it did, wouldn’t the opponents still get the ball because it went off Harden’s leg? Can’t even figure out what he was doing there... maybe trying to get a rest?

The most hilarious thing about that video is that it’s not even like someone threw a bad pass or something, he just dribbled it off his foot and only had to pick the ball up for the back court violation to prevent it, it’s not like he actually had to hustle back on defense.

100% he's the biggest man baby in the NBA and that's saying something.
