And yet people here continue to defend this company when I repeatedly say what a piece of shit it is.

CEOs do more than your average person working a register. I don’t know if its commies can never really get their societies past the ditch-digging phase of human industry, but just because you’re not shoveling shit all day doesn’t mean your job isnt demanding.
I traded in my Xbox One a few months ago for store credit to get a few games for my new Series X and the guy working there acted like he had to climb a mountain to process the trade in. The whole thing took ten minutes...
That he purchased himself; none was granted as compensation.
He also only makes money if the company makes money. So what is the fucking beef?
Seriously, who shops there?
The CEO’s compensation is zero.
Ryan Cohen is not receiving compensation for being CEO.
“Yeah, that’s an individual and not systemic issue then. Because I’ve known people in a similar situation in GS and worked in a mall location myself and didn’t have that issue. Your shitty DM isn’t the entire company like Amazon’s issues are.”
You concluded, based on your anecdotes, that the wealth of other anecdotes…
I hope Gamestop reads this and sends you a check. Because you seem to have replaced their PR team.
Yeah its like saying “I don’t like this Mussolini guy, I’m just gonna go live in Germany, they seem to have their shit together.”
“My anecdotal accounts outweigh your anecdotal accounts”
You legitimately haven’t paid attention then. Gamestop is frequently single person coverage to a store, which means they cannot take any sort of break without having to close it (Which they can’t). A simple google search would have clarified this.
Yeah, when it comes to Amazon, if you’re actually buying from Amazon and not a third party, you should be OK. Also:
The amount of work they put into making sure those reward points are as impractical as possible to actually use is almost impressive. The list of exceptions and stipulations on those are unreal.
Dayum even after we the people bailed them out?
The tweet says $1,000, but the article says $10,000??
GS employees piss in used PS5s because they can’t take breaks.
The company’s Pro membership program (which tk) continues to slash its discounts and perks, too.
I mean, you should probably spend the 2 minutes researching a off brand product/seller to make sure that the it’s reputable?
