I love that second one. There’s a lot of shots on that particular mountain and I love your version the most!

It is definitely him, a definite reference on multiple occasions in the game. I love how Sam can name every famous pirate by heart, but with Threepwood he can’t. Such a shame there’s no journal entry about a three-headed monkey somewhere (as far as I know).

Yeah, it’s so weird. It’s like reviewing a new Civilization game and complaining that it’s still not real-time combat like Starcraft or Command & Conquer.

You mean stop messaging ME. You were the one insisting on responding and telling me how wrong I was. You have shown you have NO KNOWLEDGE about 3d modelling whatsoever not knowing the difference between hand animating models and texturing/lighting and even worse you have NO KNOWLEDGE about debating AT ALL. If you want

Reacting to the actual points made without reaching for straws is too hard for you obviously. You’re like this guy with a broken record player that wonders why the other guys record sounds so broken when he plays it, blaming it on the record itself. You seem to have sincere care to ‘win’ an argument constantly trying

Oh now we can just shrug it off as just a question!? “Out of left field”, “Keep going on about graphics” , while it’s LITERALLY one response that elaborates on a point I made because I didn’t initially. You’re the one who didn’t read it in context (cause Kotaku) and then keep acting like your point still stands.

Wow, are you seriously not getting it still? I elobarated on my statement about graphics and the conversation went on from there, nothing more nothing less. Certainly nothing coming out of left field. If anything you are the one coming out of left field with semantics that don;’t have anything to do with the

No it’s not odd AT ALL. It’s odd how you keep putting your foot in the sand like it is. If someone says PS4 blows the X1 out of the water in every way it’s not strange to mention Xbox Live is great and if someone claims otherwise you further eleborate on why Xbox Live is as good as it is, same here with graphics.

No, you were the one who as you said blamed Kotaku for reading a post out of context, but still had to emphasize how odd and out of left field it was as if your original post still had some merit. So I have to adress everytime you act like it’s that way, while my posts responses make perfect sense in context. If you

I don’t know how many times I need to repeat it. I used graphics because it’s something obviously superior in Uncharted 4, whereas gameplay is more of a preference. I honestly don’t get why you’re repeating it again and again while it was you who didn’t read it in context and are now trying to make it more than it is.

Sigh, ok let me try to explain again. “in basically every way” means everything, including graphics. I “emphasize graphics” and writing to use it to counter his hyperbole on TR blowing UC out of the water in every way. You can’t just take my posts out of context and run with it... I don’t even see how you can

Are you serious!? Literally the first post comments about the graphics which the whole article is about (insane amount of details in graphics):

Agreed. It does seem there’s a bit more exploration going on in this one at least.

Uhm, pretty sure the discussion was about everything including graphics...

They’re actually the same now. Just that the most taxing details will be removed during gameplay for obvious reasons. So Donut Drake will stay Donut Drake during cutscenes, unlike in previous Uncharteds where there were actually different models during cutscenes.

:)

You were saying that Lara at least has an arc...

You played UC4 already? Didn’t know it was out already...

You mean Lara being scared out of her mind and then killing her enemies in brutal fashion? That’s ludonarrative dissonance not writing. I was pointing more towards the cringeworthy lines themselves where you could almost picture Luddington reading the lines of an autocue written by a highschool kid.
