Well I use Ublock on the site because the adds drive me fucking bonkers, so I’m all for an non-intrusive way to support this site that I frequent daily. Plus Shep is a badass deal finder most time and has to deal with attitude daily, so maybe just chill the fuck out a bit...

Jason, what time is this announcement, and is there a way to tune in?

That’s one way to get clicks I guess...

Serious Question: Why would you buy a 256GB flash drive that uses USB 2.0?? I mean that has to be a typo, right? It would take 88.88 hours to transfer that much data using USB 2.0! I think it would take something like 8-9 hours with USB 3.0 I mean capacity without speed is just dumb...

I know I’m not responding to the bulk of your response (busy day at work) but she was not using it to justify her opinion solely. She responded to “Have we laypeople not learned to keep quiet about color grading yet?” with “I have a degree in cinema studies.” which to me is just saying that she is not a layperson.

But you aren’t adding anything by offering a differing opinion. You are really just making generalizations without backing them up. You working in HOLLYWOOD is beside the point as well. Uwe Boll works in HOLLYWOOD as well, and I wouldn’t trust him any more than a random person on the internet.

You know what I want to do? I want to go around the internet mocking people’s field of study (that I also studied) while also trying to invalidate their opinions. It just sounds like the most ridiculous way to spend my days, but I won’t knock it until I try it.

Thank you Shep! That was perfect timing as I was trying to decide what to get my wife for Christmas. She doesn’t do jewelry or anything easy like that, but I think this will fit the bill nicely.

Well now you can, but that was instated through a patch that made getting to 400 easier and without raiding.

I hope they add Denver so my kids can have the life I only dreamed of...

The best part of the Pro is that it supports SATA 3 instead of SATA 2. SSD’s should be much much faster as a replacement to traditional hard drives now.

Depends on the cleavage:joy ratio of the viewer.

I think you missed a very important detail of the event. This is not USB-C, but Thunderbolt 3 which uses the same port standard as USB-C. In this way it can act as both. As I understand it, all Thunderbolt 3 ports are also USB-C, but not all USB-C ports are Thunderbolt 3.

I’ve got this guys. I’ll go in, check it out. If I’m not back in 30 minutes then it’d be best to hold off on the update.

A good pair of jeans can last you a decade, but they don’t go for less than $100 ever. I used to by 3 pairs of jeans per year for $35-$50 each. I personally like RPMWest for jeans and other durable wares, but I’m sure there are many others that would do the job.

I could see this happening if it was a hot day, wrapped the phone to trap the heat, being plugged in creating more heat, and lastly in a hot car with no airflow.

Your fake rage is hysterical. “I’m upset at you being upset and trying to call you an idiot for being upset at something so trivial”

There wasn’t really much outrage of Peter Thiel. Shock, yes, but not outrage.

Well...yes. It’s a consumerist society and the only power we the consumer have is the choice of what to spend our money on. If someone is actively trying to pollute the news and spread misinformation (and generally make my time on the internet more annoying) I’m going to absolutely spend my money elsewhere.

HAha no, I’m not one of the conspiracy nutjobs. I just thought it might be a rendering of data collected during filming to clear it up a bit.
