I have had a PS4 since release, and while there was a lack of games in the beginning and a lack of media streaming from my home computer, I have not had a single issue with the system performance. The software updates and installs are the same tedious crap, but I do actually get to play the game when it’s done.

Agreed. If they release with only PS4 support, it’s got a severe limitation. PC’s can be upgraded...PS4 is good, but not good enough to push stereoscopic displays at good framerates good.
