It’s too bad I went with GreenMan Gaming on this one. I thought it was a safe bet based on previous Batman titles, but not offering refunds has made me resent them and I will likely never purchase a game through them again near launch.

Quite honestly, I just don’t believe you. Every experience I’e ever had with Apple support leads me to believe it was either WAY out of support, and it would have cost you about $100 to fix, or they fixed it for whoever this was (not you) for free.
